The Palms Residential development includes three residential towers, designed with L-shaped balconies and modern facades, aiming for high-end living in a vertical complex setting in line with Saudi Vision 2030. Each tower is designed to be around 130 meters tall, with approximately 30 floors above ground. The north and south towers will feature multiple two- and three-bedroom apartments per floor, while the middle tower is planned to have one large apartment per floor.
