Shipping & Delivery

All Mainland UK (Online) orders have a fixed delivery cost of £2.50 + VAT and will be delivered by Royal Mail or Fedex depending on the size of your order. For International orders the relevant delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout.

In most cases all (Online) orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following working day.

Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery before contacting us.

At Brannan we treat customers’ personal information and details extremely seriously and will not share your information with any third party unless you give us explicit permission to do so. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) with the primary purpose of making your shopping experience as enjoyable and easy as possible.

 

Returns & Replacements

It is important for us here at Brannan Thermometers & Instrumentation for you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and we are happy to offer a 28 day 100% money back guarantee, in order to make sure you get the right product for your needs!

If the product you ordered does not fulfil your needs or does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us for a full refund excluding return postage costs.

The unwanted product must be returned unused and in its original packaging including all accessories that were supplied with the product. Returned products which are sent back to us either in damaged; missing packaging or accessories may incur a small re-stocking charge and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

When posting returned goods to us it is very important to source postage with insurance, in case of any delivery problems with your carrier.

Faulty Goods

Our products are supplied with a Two Year Warranty and will be replaced free of charge within this period if necessary. In the unlikely event that a fault occurs within 28 days and a replacement is not wanted, your money will be refunded in full.

When we receive your request we will either telephone or send you an email with full details of how and where to return the goods including your original order number, which must be clearly displayed on the packaging.

Returns normally only take a few days to process but please allow up to 10 working days.

 

Payment, Pricing & Coupons

All payments at this moment in time will be either processed through Paypal or Sagepay. All pricing of our products are carefully chosen enabling the consumer to get great products at great prices. We often run coupon codes to use against your shopping cart, if there are any running there will be a message to say this on the appropriate web pages.

 

Updating Account Information

The data we collect about you will be accurate and up to date wherever possible. You can check the information we have stored for you at the "My Account" section of our website. Should you become aware that any information held by us is inaccurate please log into your account where you can change and update date or alternatively contact us any time either by telephone, post or contact us and we will correct it.
